Bodyguard bread with fibre is delicious and you can prepare it yourself at home. It contains, for example, sunflower, flax and pumpkin seeds, or even chia seed flour. What is more, the bread is a source of protein that is why it is ideal for physically active people. We've ensured that our bread does not contain soya, allergen, palm oil, and lactose. The bread dough rises nicely, it does not crumble and it is still fresh the next day - just the way you like it!

Ingredients: corn starch, sunflower seeds, brown flax seeds, potato starch, pumpkin seeds, chia seed flour (Salvia hispanica), dextrose, pea protein 3%, rice protein 2.9%, corn fibre 2.8%, salt, carob powder, hemp protein 1%, potato protein 1%, emulsifier – sunflower lecithin, thickener – guar gum, ground cumin, flour improving agent – ascorbic acid, acidity regulator – citric acid.

1. What are the ingredients of Bodyguard bread enriched with fibre?
Ingredients: corn starch, sunflower seeds, brown flax seeds, potato starch, pumpkin seeds, chia seed flour (Salvia hispanica), dextrose, pea protein 3%, rice protein 2.9%, corn fibre 2.8%, salt, carob powder, hemp protein 1%, potato protein 1%, emulsifier – sunflower lecithin, thickener – guar gum, ground cumin, flour improving agent – ascorbic acid, acidity regulator – citric acid.

2. How to prepare Bodyguard bread?
Shake well before opening, mix the package contents with yeast (add 5g of dry yeast or 21g of liquid yeast for 450g of the mixture) in a heat-resistant container and stir thoroughly. Add approx. 310ml of lukewarm water. Stir the mixture for about 10 minutes, using your hands or mixer at slow speed, until smooth dough forms. Place it in a preheated oven to 35-40°C and let it grow for 20 minutes. Take it out from the oven, gently mix and form small rolls or pour it into a baking tin. Put it in a warm place and let it grow for 60 minutes, then bake it for an hour in the oven, preheated to 200°C.

Store the product in a dry place, away from heat.
