Natural 100% fish collagen is the main ingredient of Noble Health collagen products. Collagen constitutes ca. 30% of all proteins in the human body. It’s made up of three polypeptide chains forming the structure of triple helix. In terms of composition, fish collagen is the most similar to human collagen and therefore it’s the fastest to build in and supplement deficiencies. Due to its unique composition, smaller molecules (in comparison with bovine and porcine collagen) penetrate into the body faster regenerating it and positively affecting the skin.

Noble Health Vitamin C is obtained from natural sources including dog-rose, acerola and fruit - lemon. Acerola and dog-rose are fruit that contain a lot of vitamin C. What’s more, we’ve enclosed our product in a capsule so if you don’t like or don’t want to swallow capsules, you can dissolve the content in a glass of water.
You can make a purchase without creating an account. However, you won’t be able to view your order history if you choose this option. In the future you will have to provide the details concerning delivery again. You won’t be able to take advantage of promotions for regular customers, either.
In order to register in the online store, click on “Registration” and then “Register”. In the next step you will need to provide all the required details. Once creating an account has been confirmed, you will receive an email with an activation link. After clicking on the link you will be able to shop in the store.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to the orders that have already been placed. You can try to cancel the order by sending an e-mail ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) with information about your resignation and place an order again with the correct details. Shipping of an “unwanted” order will be stopped if the parcel hasn’t been sent out yet.
For registered customers, the order’s status is visible in their order history. Moreover, the customers receive automatically generated e-mails informing them about the status: confirmation of accepting the order, shipping of the order. In the last e-mail the customer is also given a tracking number from the chosen carrier.
Of course. Noble Health ships internationally all over the world. A prerequisite for international shipping is payment in advance (bank transfer or credit card). Cash payments are not possible when shipping abroad (only within the territory of Poland).
Online payments can be made through an online payment service.
If payment didn’t go through while placing an order, you can click on the formula at the very bottom of the order placement confirmation that came to your e-mail address. You’ll be redirected to the service website where you can retry to make a payment.

An online payment can be made within 4 working days from the moment of placing the order. This is done by clicking on the formula in the order placement confirmation. If the payment is not made after 4 working days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
In case of cash upon delivery, the money will be refunded to the bank account indicated in the return form. If you paid online, the refund will be issued to the account from which the transfer was made.
Every customer may cancel a purchased product without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery and return it according to the rules and within the time period specified in the Regulations. To this end, the Customer should send to the Buyer a statement concerning the withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance.
The Customer is requested to send back or deliver a product along with a fiscal receipt (or VAT invoice) and the original of the return form to the Buyer’s address: Noble Health Sp. z o.o. ul. Warszawska 62, Wielogóra, 26-660 Jedlińsk.
The Buyer is entitled to make a complaint if a product has a physical defect (non-conformance of the product sold with the agreement) or a legal defect.
In order to make a complaint the Buyer is requested to send back the product to the Seller’s address. The Buyer is requested to send back the product along with a fiscal receipt or VAT invoice. In the process of making a complaint, the Buyer is asked to fill in a complaint form (available in the store’s Regulations) and send it together with the product as well as by electronic means to the e-mail address email@example.com. Should the Buyer send the complaint form by electronic means to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, the decision concerning the complaint shall be sent to the Buyer as a reply also by electronic mail. The complaint shall be resolved within 14 days from the date it was made with the attached description of the reasons for the complaint and the Customer’s demands.
