Add approx. 310ml of lukewarm water. Stir the mixture for about 10 minutes, using your hands or mixer at slow speed, until smooth dough forms. Place it in a preheated oven to 35-40°C and let it grow for 20 minutes. Take it out from the oven, gently mix and form small rolls or pour it into a baking tin. Put it in a warm place and let it grow for 60 minutes, then bake it for an hour in the oven, preheated to 200°C.
